1.Fitthesmalladaptorintothecentreofthelargeadaptorsothatthebellis

facingback,awayfromthelargeadaptor(seeFigA)

2.Fitthisassemblyontothetooloutlet

Preparation

1.Inspectthedrainagesystembeforeusingthedrainblaster.Ensurethatthe

systemisnotdamagedorleaking

2.Blockanysecondaryoutletsoroverowsintheblockedsystem

3.FittheappropriateadaptorandpressontotheOutlet(1).Ensuretheadaptoris

pushedrmlyontotheoutlet

4.ResttheSupport(3)againstahardsurface

5.Tochargethedrainblaster,rapidlypumptheHandle(4)untilresistanceisfelt.

Afurtherfourfullpumpswillfullychargethedrainblaster

6.Whenclearingplasticdrains,orotherfragilesystems,fourpumpswillprovide

sufcientpressure

Drain Clearing

1.Presstheadaptorrmlyagainsttheblockeddrainhole.Thedrainblaster

shouldneverbefullyimmersedinwater

2.SqueezetheTrigger(5)todischargethecompressedair

3.Iftheblockagedoesnotclearontherstattempt,rechargethedrainblaster

andrepeattheabovesteps

4.Slow-runningpipesmayinitiallyblockassedimentisloosened.Repeateddrain

blastingwillgraduallyclearthepipes

5.Inspectthedrainagesystemforanyleaks/damageafterclearing

Maintenance

• Cleantheoutsideofthedrainblasterwithadampcloth

• Ifinternalpartsbecomecontaminated,orifthemechanismbecomesstiff,the

drainblastershouldbedismantledandcleanedthoroughlywithsoapywater,and

movingpartsshouldbelubricatedwithsiliconespray

Installation du grand adaptateur

• Pourlestrousd’évacuationplusgrands,utilisezlegrandadaptateur(7).

1.Pourcela,insérezlepetitadaptateur(6)aucentredugrandadaptateur(7)dans

lesensinverseausensd’installationdupetitadaptateurlorsquecelui-ciest

employéseul.(VoirFigureA).

2.Installezletoutsurlabouched’écoulement(1)dupistolet.

Préparation

1.Inspectezlesystèmed’évacuationbouchéavantdevousservirdel’appareil.

Assurez-vousquelesystèmenesoitpasendommagéetqu’ilneprésente

aucunefuite.

2.Bloqueztoutebouched’écoulementsecondaireousystèmedetrop-pleindu

systèmebouché.

3.Sélectionnezl’adaptateur(6ou7)adéquatetinsérez-lesurlabouche

d’écoulement(1).Assurez-vousquel’adaptateursoitbienenfoncé.

4.Appuyezlepied(3)surunesurfacedure.

5.Pourchargerlepistoletdedébouchage,effectuezunmouvementdepompage

surledispositifdepompage(4)jusqu’àcequevousrencontriezunerésistance.

4mouvementsdepompagesupplémentaireschargerontcomplètementle

pistolet.

6.Lorsquevousdébouchezdescanalisationsenplastiqueouautressystèmes

fragiles,3mouvementsdepompagefournirontunepressionsufsante.

bouchée.Lepistoletnedoitjamaisêtrecomplètementimmergédansl’eau.

2.Appuyezsurlagâchette(5)pourlibérerl’aircomprimé.

3.Silebouchonnes’évacuepasàlapremièretentative,rechargezlepistoletet

reprenezlesétapesci-dessus.

4.Lescanalisationsàévacuationlentepourrontsebloquersousl’effetdes

sédimentssedétachantpeuàpeudesparois.Unactionnementrépétédu

pistoletdéboucheralacanalisationprogressivement.

5.Inspectezlepistoletaprèsutilisationàlarecherchedefuiteséventuelles.

Entretien

• L’extérieurdupistoletdoitêtrenettoyéavecunlingehumide.

• Sil’intérieuraétécontaminé,ousilemécanismedevientrigide,lepistoletdoit

êtredémontéetnettoyéàfond.Nettoyezavecdel’eausavonneuseetlubriezles

partiesenmouvementavecunspraydesilicone.
